BlueOptima gives CIOs, CTOs and CFOs objective, code-level visibility into software productivity, AI ROI, and engineering cost. This is a problem that until recently could not be measured at all. With AI-generated code now flowing into enterprise codebases at scale, that measurement gap has become a board-level priority.

The business is profitable, bootstrapped, and 20 years deep in enterprise relationships. You inherit real accounts with real expansion potential, not a cold list. We are at an inflection point: AI governance has shifted this from a productivity conversation to a risk and compliance one, and the budgets have followed.
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Technical Product Manager who excels at both the "building" and the “selling” (enterprise and PLG). This is a role requiring traditional PM rigor—managing requirements, execution, and stakeholder alignment—combined with a proactive Go-To-Market (GTM) mindset. Alongside building, you will be responsible for driving agency in our sales process, pitching the product externally, and leading customer pilots to success.
Beyond enterprise execution, you will own a core part of our PLG product, driving organic growth through a developer-first product strategy. This isn't just about features; it’s about owning real commercial outcomes by collaborating deeply with Design, Product, and Marketing to optimize the user journey. You will bridge the gap between technical capability and business value, ensuring our platform’s self-serve experience converts trial users into long-term advocates.
This is initially a fixed term contract, with the prospect of expanding into a permanent position, owning one of our key product lines.
1. Product Management & Execution
2. GTM & Customer Agency
3. PLG Motion & Commercial Growth
Mandatory Expertise & Qualifications
Security Domain Expertise
Deep knowledge of Software Supply Chain Security, including SBOMs and CI/CD security
Hands-on experience with AppSec tools and methodologies, specifically SAST, DAST, and SCA
Product Management Fundamentals
A proven track record of managing complex roadmaps and maintaining rigorous Jira/backlog hygiene
Strong capability in stakeholder reporting and aligning cross-functional teams.
PLG (Product-Led Growth) Motion
A deep understanding of developer-first growth strategies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to drive organic user acquisition and deliver tangible commercial outcomes
Go-To-Market (GTM) Ability
Previous experience in a "Product Manager" or "Solutions-focused PM" role.
High level of comfort pitching to technical executives, including CISOs, SecOps teams, and Security Architects.
Seniority & Experience
6–7+ years of senior-level experience in technical product management or a customer-facing engineering capacity.
Why This Role?
This is not a "behind-the-scenes" PM role. You will be the face of the product for our most important early customers, shaping the future of how organizations secure their software supply chains while maintaining the operational excellence of a seasoned product leader.
