Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving quality, customer satisfaction and performance metrics, and managing products' product goals;
• Partners closely with Global IT engineers and analysts to serve as their voice and what is possible given current and emerging technologies;
• Plays a pivotal part in articulating the value of products to engineers and analysts;
• Requires a deep understanding of the customer (software engineers and analysts), industry megatrends and current technical situation to drive strategic OKRs, roadmaps and measurable value creation;
• Transforms the strategic vision of the product family into deliverable iterations for their respective product teams;
• Make it easy for engineers and analysts to use cloud services in a way that aligns to devops principles;
• Design engineering solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design brief (for example, in terms of functionality, performance, aesthetics, and cost) that conform to organizational and/or regulatory standards;
• Make data-driven decisions that drive the shape of your product;
• Market and share your product with the developer community to drive adoption of best practices and paved-paths your team builds;
• Set and drive product level success metrics, OKRs, or other metrics to show the value of your product to see that they drive our transformation;
• Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a degree plus related experience;
• Advanced/Fluent English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate and conduct training sessions);
• Ability to work with large customer base of 18,000+ builders using developer experience platforms;
• Managing many direct requests from customers;
• Understanding of agile working and DevOps practices;
• Leadership and the ability to provide a large team of engineers with a strategic direction aligned with product Family goals.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with software engineering, especially developing apps in the cloud (AWS/Azure);
• Experience with Infrastructure and Operations and large scale developer platforms;
• Experience with using AI to solve all types of problems;
• Experience managing GitHub Enterprise;
• Experience with Docker and Artifactory;
• Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication skills across a broad set of users or stakeholders;
• Previous experience as a product manager.
