  • Partner with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to develop innovative cable solutions for data center applications.
  • Support product qualification, validation, commercialization, and ongoing product improvement efforts.

Engage Customers and Industry Partners

  • Build relationships with customers, consultants, end users, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to understand current and future market needs.
  • Gather voice-of-customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product development opportunities.
  • Represent Prysmian during customer visits, technical discussions, and industry events.

Influence Industry Standards and Specifications

  • Monitor changes to standards and regulations that impact products and market opportunities.
  • Support the development and interpretation of product specifications and compliance requirements.

Manage Product Lifecycle Activities

  • Support the full product lifecycle, including market assessment, product definition, development, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate opportunities for portfolio expansion, product enhancements, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Help ensure products remain aligned with customer expectations and evolving market requirements.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, and business leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and market insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment on priorities, product direction, and development activities.

Represent Prysmian in the Marketplace

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums to build relationships and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Act as a technical ambassador for Prysmian's Data Center business.
