This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager, AI Engineering & Systems in Canada.

This is a highly technical product leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-driven systems that power large-scale automation across customer-facing and operational workflows. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and applied AI, leading the evolution of systems that leverage LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to transform a traditionally fragmented industry into a streamlined, intelligent platform. The role involves owning end-to-end product strategy for AI capabilities already handling a significant share of automated customer interactions, while pushing toward higher accuracy, efficiency, and autonomy. You will work closely with engineering teams and external AI partners to design next-generation workflows, evaluate model performance, and define production standards for AI systems. Operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment, you will help shape how intelligent agents are deployed at scale in real-world production settings. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives in complex, systems-level problem solving and rapid iteration.

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered product experiences, owning roadmap definition and execution across agent-based and LLM-driven systems.
• Design and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety/quality guardrails to ensure high-performing, scalable AI systems in production.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to architect robust AI infrastructure, balancing trade-offs across latency, cost, reliability, and model performance.
• Act as the technical bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, defining best practices and establishing scalable AI system standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation rates, customer satisfaction, and system quality through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration.
• Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate, test, and integrate emerging model capabilities, including advanced LLM and voice-based systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting with a strong technical orientation, or engineering-adjacent roles in fast-paced technology environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agent frameworks, APIs, and production-scale system design.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis, with the ability to independently validate hypotheses and derive insights from complex datasets.
• Proven ability to translate technical system complexity into clear product strategy and execution plans across cross-functional teams.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs in distributed, AI-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience shipping scalable, production-grade products in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation and curiosity for applied AI, with a track record of building or experimenting with modern LLM-based systems.
