This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.
Priceline Partner Solutions powers travel experiences for some of the world's most recognised brands through a robust API platform. As Senior Technical Partner Solutions Manager, you will own the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic partners. This is a hands-on, deeply technical role where you will be expected to operate independently, drive integration quality, and serve as a trusted expert for both partners and internal teams. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems and push the quality of our integrations forward.
Own the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic API partners, from integration and onboarding through to post-launch performance and growth.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, handling API questions, troubleshooting integration issues, and guiding partners toward effective solutions.
Monitor and analyze API performance metrics to identify trends, surface issues proactively, and drive improvements before they become partner-facing problems.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to advocate for partner needs and support the adoption of new API features and capabilities.
Lead structured technical reviews with partners, translating data into clear and actionable insights.
Create and maintain documentation covering integration best practices, onboarding processes, and key performance benchmarks.
Contribute to process improvements that make onboarding faster, integrations more stable, and partner experiences more consistent.
Manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail or follow-through.
Strong technical foundation: Comfortable reading API documentation, working with JSON, and troubleshooting integration issues independently.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - partners, product teams, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and self-directed: You identify problems before they escalate and follow through without needing to be reminded.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity: The environment moves fast and the playbook is still being written in many areas.
A collaborative team player who understands that the best outcomes come from working across functions, not working in silos.
High standards for quality and accountability: You take ownership of your partner relationships and the outcomes they produce.
Intellectually curious: You want to understand how things work, not just what the output is.
Experience with hotel, travel, or hospitality APIs or distribution systems.
Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana, Superset, Tableau etc
Proficiency with SQL, Postman, or similar tools for querying and testing.
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional international teams.
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $110,000-130,000 CAD.
