Join the School of Translational Medicine (STM) at the Alfred Campus as a Senior Technical Officer and help deliver high-quality genomics and bioinformatics services that enable researchers to turn complex data into meaningful scientific outcomes.
Working across the STM Genomics and STM Bioinformatics Platforms, you’ll collaborate closely with the Genomics and Bioinformatics Managers to support research projects from sample and library quality assessment through to sequencing, data processing, analysis and delivery.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of genomics, bioinformatics and biomedical research, supporting projects that have the potential to make a real difference to human health.
You’ll work alongside experienced specialists, build your expertise across complementary technical platforms, and contribute to innovative research while supporting the next generation of researchers through training and technical support.
