Senior Technical Officer – Integrated Security Systems

📍 Singapore | On-Site | Full-Time

CCTV · Access Control · Intrusion Detection · Service & Maintenance

About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a regional security solutions provider with decades of experience in delivering smart protection systems across Asia. This role offers stable career progression in a company known for its deep engineering capabilities and commitment to service excellence.

The successful candidate will be part of the technical service team, responsible for on-site servicing and maintenance of security systems across commercial and industrial sites in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the following systems:
    • Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS)
    • Card Access Control Systems
    • Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
    • Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)

  • Liaise directly with client representatives to resolve on-site technical issues
  • Assist supervisor in allocating work responsibilities to service teams
  • Ensure service jobs are delivered on schedule with minimal supervision
  • Uphold safety compliance under Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities
  • Support other ad hoc technical tasks as assigned


What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Nitec or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in security systems maintenance
  • Prior exposure to any of the following systems is required CCTV, Access Control, IDS, ISMS
  • Working knowledge of IT/Networking/Servers is an advantage
  • Comfortable working on-site across various commercial buildings
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
