Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior
Technical Lead
to drive the design, delivery, and engineering excellence of
their next-generation technology platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of
architecture,
engineering leadership, and execution
, requiring a hands-on leader who can
define technical direction, guide teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable,
secure, and high-performance systems. You will work closely with Product,
AI/ML, and senior stakeholders to bring complex solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy & Architecture
Ã
Define and own the end-to-end system
architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms
Ã
Lead technical design reviews and align
teams with long-term engineering vision
Ã
Establish and enforce best practices in
software design, coding standards, and system reliability
Ã
Evaluate emerging technologies and make
build vs. buy decisions
Ã
Identify opportunities to leverage modern
tools and automation within the development lifecycle

Engineering Leadership
Ã
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing
engineering teams across multiple levels
Ã
Provide technical direction across
multiple squads or product teams
Ã
Establish strong engineering practices
including code reviews, quality benchmarks, and standards
Ã
Support hiring, onboarding, and
performance management of engineering talent.

Delivery & Execution
Ã
Translate business requirements into
technical solutions and execution plans
Ã
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality
solutions within defined scope
Ã
Partner with Product teams on roadmap
planning and technical feasibility assessments
Ã
Identify and manage technical risks,
dependencies, and constraints.

Operational Excellence
Ã
Oversee system performance, monitoring,
logging, and reliability
Ã
Collaborate with DevOps/DevSecOps teams
to implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and security best practices
Ã
Optimize engineering productivity through
tools, frameworks, and process improvements
Ã
Drive efficient and outcome-focused release
management practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ã
Work closely with AI/ML teams to
integrate advanced features into products
Ã
Align architectural layers across frontend,
backend, and data systems
Ã
Communicate technical decisions,
trade-offs, and solutions clearly to stakeholders
