Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of projects using python, PL/SQL, and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of software solutions using python, pl/sql, and java.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
3. Design and implement scalable and high-performance software applications.
4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in python programming language with experience in developing and implementing python based solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of pl/sql for database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
3. Experience in java programming for building enterprise applications and web services.
4. Ability to lead and manage technical teams, prioritize tasks, and drive project delivery.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in python, PL/SQL, or Java are a plus.
