As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Mobility 4G/5G/6G technologies, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex projects. You will provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers, ensuring that solutions are successful and aligned with our organization's strategic objectives. Your expertise will drive innovation and enhance productivity, solidifying our standing in the rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices In Mobility 4G/5G/6G Development, Enhancing The Team'S Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Coding Standards To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Mobility Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Providing Insights Into Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, Architectural Best Practices, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Mobility 4G/5G/6G Technologies
2. Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) Methodologies
3. Excellent Coding Skills In Relevant Programming Languages Such As C++ And Python
4. Familiarity With Linux-Based Environments And Tools
5. Solid Experience In Conducting Code Reviews And Quality Assurance Processes
6. Good Knowledge Of Performance Optimization Techniques And Architectural Best Practices
