Job Summary

Primary Skill : MES/PAS-X

Secondary skill: Oracle Kubernetes

Technical:

Ø 4-6 years’ experience in MES.

Ø Hands on Experience in WERUM MES (PAS-X) application with extensive support skill.

Ø Ability to troubleshoot end to end application in PAS-X.

Ø Good understanding in communication of PAS-X and SAP/other interfacing automation components.

Ø Application knowledge in Jboss server functionality and PAS-X Print functionalities.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills:

Ø Technical resolution of Incident/Request/Problem and change controls following ITIL principles.

Ø Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and business users.

Ø Knowledge in GxP terms as per 21 CFR PART 11, Compliance issues and Documentation.

Ø Pharmaceutical domain expertise.

Ø Willing to work in shifts and Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers Specializing In Mes Technologies, Focusing On Enhancing Their Capabilities In Platforms Such As Siemens Opcenter And Rockwell Factorytalk To Increase Overall Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Utilizing Tools Like Jenkins And Gitlab Ci/Cd For Performance Optimization And Enforcing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Mes Application Development.
3. Ensure Compliance With Established Processes Within The Assigned Mes Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Addressing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, And Prepare Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Manage Escalations Throughout The Project Lifecycle.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Mes Technologies And Systems, Specifically Siemens Opcenter And Rockwell Factorytalk.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Coding Standards And Quality Assurance Processes Relevant To Mes Applications.
3. Proficiency In Code Review Methodologies And Performance Optimization Techniques.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills For Effective Stakeholder Engagement.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Professional (Cmesp), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
