Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in c#, c++, and WPF technologies. They will play a critical role in leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and driving technical innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design for software projects.
4. Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and efficient delivery.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies in c#, c++, and wpf, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's technical roadmap.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions and recommendations to meet project deadlines.
