As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in LabVIEW development, you will play a critical role in managing technology for complex projects within our organization. You will provide technical guidance to your team, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of automated test systems. Your expertise will not only enhance the technical capabilities of your team but will also significantly impact the overall productivity and quality of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Labview, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity In Automated Test System Development.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Labview, Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards And Implementation Of Best Practices For Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Potential Risks, While Providing Breakdowns Into Components And Estimations.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Resolution Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Labview Programming And Development For Automated Test Systems.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Processes, Code Review Methodologies, And Performance Optimization In Labview Applications.
3. Familiarity With Technical Risk Assessment And Feasibility Studies Within Complex Project Environments.
4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
