Job Summary

Software Engineer in ACP to design, implement, maintain and test software changes. Key tasks: - Develop and implement new features based on internal and external requirements - Understand the Avaloq Core Banking Platform and the corresponding business areas - Perform tasks such as: root cause analysis, bug fixing, code optimizations - Provide technical assistance for customers or business analysts. Qualifications Must have at least four years of work experience in a software developer role Knowledge and experience in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL Knowledge in Oracle Database architecture is a plus. Experience in one or more high level programming language is a plus Excellent analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving Good understanding of scrum agile methodologies Additional information Good to have - Banking knowh

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
