Minimum 7+ years in Concur Expense Module support and implementation.
At least 2 end-to-end Concur country rollouts experience.
2 years of SAP FI support (added advantage).
Core Skills:
Hands-on experience with Concur Expense and Travel modules.
Expertise in ERP interfaces (both inbound and outbound).
Familiarity with middleware systems integrated with Concur and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of AMS Projects (Application Management Services).
Key Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules
Expertise in configuration (expense types, workflows, audit rules, travel policies)
User profile, roles, and permission administration
Cost center, WBS, vendor ID mapping, NBP file uploads
Troubleshooting workflow issues, SSO/login issues, policy violations
Experience with integrations (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Z3, Microsoft Business Suite, HR/bank/credit card feeds)
Monitoring scheduled jobs, API traffic, data feeds, and platform metrics
Experience with ITSM tools (incident, service request, change management)
Testing support (Unit, Integration, UAT)
Coordination with SAP Concur Support for escalations and SLAs.
