Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Support Consultant with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Production Support, Incident Management, Enhancements, Troubleshooting, and Warehouse Operations Support. The candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise in BY WMS and work closely with business users, warehouse operations teams, and development teams to ensure stable warehouse execution and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS applications.
• Investigate and resolve critical incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare corrective/preventive action plans.
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse execution processes.
• Monitor interfaces, integrations, batch jobs, and application performance.
• Analyze MOCA traces, logs, and SQL queries to troubleshoot application issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, middleware, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Perform minor enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment validation activities.
• Execute release support, patch deployments, and post-deployment verification.
• Support application upgrades, rollouts, and warehouse onboarding activities.
• Create knowledge articles, SOPs, and support documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and production support rotations when required.
