Job Summary

As a Veeva Vault Support Specialist, you will ensure the operational stability of Veeva Vault solutions for pharmaceutical clients. Your focus will be on incident management, document management system troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Veeva Vault Safety.
• Manage safety case processing, adverse event reporting, and pharmacovigilance workflows.
• Configure Vault objects, workflows, lifecycles, roles, and security settings.
• Support integrations with clinical, regulatory, and safety systems.
• Perform data migration, validation (CSV/CSA), and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and EMA regulations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Regulatory, Clinical, and IT stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Skill Requirements

• 8+ years in Life Sciences/Pharmacovigilance systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault Safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICSR processing, MedDRA, and PV workflows.
• Experience with Vault configuration, integrations, and data migration.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
