Skill: Siemens Polarion ALM
Understand business processes and translate requirements into Polarion solutions.
Configure projects, workflows, work items, roles, permissions, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain customizations using Apache Velocity scripting.
Perform UI customization using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Create and enhance reports, widgets, and traceability views.
Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements and best practices.
Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and user adoption activities.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM.
Strong understanding of ALM processes and requirements management.
Expertise in Polarion Configuration.
Experience in Velocity Scripting and Live Report customization.
Experience in UI customization (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
Knowledge of Polarion APIs and integrations.
Exposure to Teamcenter, Jira, or other ALM/PLM tools.
Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or other regulated industries
