Job Summary

Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary enablement lead and subject matter expert for the Boomi platform across the organization. • Guide and mentor application teams in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality integration solutions. • Deliver technical coaching, workshops, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing programs to accelerate platform adoption. • Promote integration best practices, design patterns, and enterprise standards across delivery teams. • Develop and maintain reusable integration assets, templates, accelerators, and reference implementations to improve delivery efficiency. • Support teams throughout the integration lifecycle by providing design guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and architectural recommendations. • Partner with architects to define and maintain integration standards, governance frameworks, and platform guardrails. • Establish best practices for error handling, logging, monitoring, performance optimization, resiliency, and operational support. • Ensure teams align with enterprise security, compliance, and integration governance requirements. • Contribute to Integration Center of Excellence (iCoE) initiatives and drive consistency across integration delivery practices. • Review solution designs and provide recommendations to improve maintainability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles. • Support the rollout and adoption of new Boomi platform capabilities, connectors, and services. • Communicate platform enhancements, feature updates, and roadmap changes to stakeholders and delivery teams. • Create implementation guides, technical standards, and reference architectures to support new platform capabilities. • Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity through reusable frameworks, automation, and self-service capabilities. • Collaborate with platform operations teams to ensure platform reliability, availability, and scalability. • Provide guidance on platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, connector updates, runtime management, and capability adoption. • Assist teams in resolving complex platform and integration issues by providing expert-level troubleshooting support. • Advocate for observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across the integration landscape. ________________________________________ Required Technical Skills • Strong experience with Boomi AtomSphere and enterprise iPaaS platforms. • Deep understanding of integration patterns including API-led, event-driven, file-based, batch, and EDI integrations. • Experience guiding teams in the design and implementation of integration solutions using Boomi. • Knowledge of Boomi runtime environments, deployment models, and platform administration concepts. • Hands-on understanding of Boomi capabilities sufficient to provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and best-practice recommendations. • Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP/S, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, and Azure Service Bus. • Experience with Azure services such as Blob Storage and Azure Service Bus within integration architectures. • Familiarity with XML, JSON, CSV, EDIFACT, and X12 data formats. • Understanding of hybrid integration architectures spanning SaaS, cloud, and on-premises environments. • Experience with connectivity models including VPN, VNet peering, private endpoints, and firewall integrations. • Knowledge of secure integration practices including TLS, certificates, secrets management, and key lifecycle management. • Familiarity with OAuth2, Azure AD, and enterprise identi

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
