JD -

1. Exp – 5-8years
2. Open for rotational shifts and on-call (weekday+weekend)

Skill set --

1. Front-end technologies: Proficiency in JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
2. Back-end technologies: Knowledge of Java 7 +, SDLC frameworks, database management, APIs, and Caching
3. Frameworks: Proficiency in popular Java back-end frameworks like Spring MVC or Spring Boot, ORM framework (like- Hibernate)
4. Database management: Understanding of popular databases like MySQL, Oracle DB including complex query, joins, procedure, functions etc.
5. Version control: Understanding of version control systems like – SVN, GIT
6. Dev Tools: Worked proficiently in various IDEs like – IBM RAD, Eclipse, SQL developers
7. Application Server: Understanding of basic task in WebSphere Application Server 9.x related to dev activities with RAD (like- Local Deployment, JDBC configuration etc.)
8. UI framework: Good to have the knowledge of open-source UI framework like- Angular
9. Support process: Good understanding of end-to-end ASM process activities like – SLA acknowledgement, Troubleshooting, Bug fixing, coordinating with different stockholders, performance monitoring.
10. Functional unit test : The ability to deliver functional code, often using a unit testing framework like Junit, JMock

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
