This position is responsible for providing documentation as first line of response according to the requirements set out by sales through the relevant systems against various customers. As our Senior Technical Information Specialist, you will communicate and interact globally with Sales and work within an extensive network of colleagues with both Regulatory and Quality backgrounds. You will coordinate various tasks to ensure regulatory, technical and customer‑specific compliance.

This role is based preferably in Brabrand, Denmark, but alternative locations in Germany and the Netherlands can be considered. A hybrid working model is applied for the role. Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Complete customers’ questionnaires and other product‑related documentation requests according to defined response policies
  • Provide first‑line support to internal customers related to request processes and document content, escalating to SMEs where appropriate
  • Follow trends regarding customer demands and expectations and identify needs for expanding available documents and information
  • Manage the periodical review and update of standard and customer‑specific documentation in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage new requirements and information demands that do not align with standard response policies by escalating to internal stakeholders
  • Measure KPIs, identify improvement needs and manage performance to satisfy the business and customers
  • Strive for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a strong global collaboration across Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams
  • Support requests across more than one product line

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Master’s degree in food science, biological sciences, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of quality or regulatory experience
  • Skilled at managing information and common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using IT platforms such as CRM or SAP
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent English proficiency (assessed during recruitment)
  • Structured working style with strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross‑functional teams
