Senior Technical Developer

My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Technical Developer for their Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT) team.

As the Senior Technical Developer for Information, Communications, and Technology (ICT), you'll have an exciting opportunity to shape, build, and bring to life practical business solutions. Utilising a range of technical applications within the Global ICT framework.

From brainstorming creative designs to putting them into action, your role will encompass the entire journey designing, constructing, testing, and deploying solutions that seamlessly meet both business and technical requirements. Your expertise and support will play a crucial role in empowering the business.

The Role:

• Develop, configure, and support Application Solutions in line with client ICT standards.
• Collaborate closely with ICT and Business Leads, guided by the Head of ICT Competency Centre, to develop and support optimal technical design and delivery.
• Engage with business leads and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables that meet those needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve queries and issues promptly.
• Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from requirements to UAT and post-implementation.
• Build strong working relationships with the ICT Global Application Support Team.
• Provide training on existing and new processes to business process teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose ICT solutions.
• Develop and support integrations with the group ERP system, Infor M3.

The Person:

• 5 years of experience in a similar Technical Developer role.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM application system.
• Experience in architecting processes, data requirements, integrations, and core CRM functions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Knowledge of Source Code Management (Git) and DevOps.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs (XML, JSON).
• Familiarity with other applications in our global portfolio is advantageous, such as ERP applications like Infor M3 or similar, and BI applications like Power BI.
• Technical competence in enterprise report development, data analytics tools, BI, ETL, SQL, or equivalent relational database query language.
• Experience in providing training to key users is beneficial.
• Demonstrates high integrity, passion, self-motivation, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• A technical or business bachelor's or master's degree is a distinct advantage.
