The Senior Technical Designer typically provides technical leadership across apparel development, focusing on defining and evolving fit, pattern, and construction foundations that enable consistency, scalability, and quality across multiple products, seasons, and teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide technical leadership across apparel development, defining and evolving fit, pattern, and construction foundations
  • Lead cross‑functional work to establish and maintain fit, sizing, and construction standards that support consistency and scalability
  • Validate foundational technical solutions using consumer and athlete insights, testing, and data
  • Create and maintain specifications, libraries, and tools that enable downstream product teams
  • Support digital product creation through virtual fit and construction validation using 3D tools

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Expertise in apparel fit, pattern development, grading, and construction systems
  • Proven experience defining foundational fit or pattern platforms adopted across multiple products or seasons
  • Advanced proficiency with digital pattern‑making and grading tools (e.g., Optitex or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of 3D apparel development tools (e.g., CLO or equivalent) for fit and construction validation
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical standards, libraries, and frameworks that scale across teams
  • Ability to use data, testing, and validation insights to inform technical decisions
  • Demonstrated capability to lead through influence, mentor others, and act as a technical authority
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across functions
  • Advanced experience in the apparel development process from inception through production, including but not limited to pattern making, grading, construction, costing,
