As a Technical DeploymentSeniorAnalyst (TDA),you'llplay a critical role in delivering customer and infrastructure projects acrossAustralia’sdata center portfolio,supporting varioussites asrequired

This is more than a traditional deployment role.We'relooking for someone who can successfully balance project delivery, customer engagement, vendormanagementand operational collaboration while continuouslyidentifyingopportunities to improve how work gets done.The

Senior TDA will actively engage with more complex, high valueprojectsand team responsibilities – including working closely with the Manager to build bench strength across the team.

You'llthrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating diversestakeholdersand driving outcomes from planning through to implementation. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strongaccountabilityand the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.

Working closely with Engineering, Capacity Engineering, Sales Engineering, Operations teams,vendorsand customers,you'llhelpmaintainthehigh standardsour customers expect while contributing to process improvements that enhance the effectiveness of the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple deployment and installation projects simultaneously from planning through completion.

  • Act as a key coordination point between customers, vendors, engineeringteamsand operational stakeholders.

  • Support technical deployment activities including cage design, structured cabling, customerinstallationsand infrastructure changes.

  • Drive project execution while ensuring customer commitments,timelinesand quality standards are met.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify,optimizeand improve deployment processes and operational workflows.

  • Build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve project outcomes.

  • Take ownership of complex deployment challenges and make sound decisionsregardingescalation and resolution paths.

  • Provide support and backup coverage across Sydney facilities whenrequired

  • Partner with vendors and external partners to ensure successful delivery of deployment activities.

  • Support data analysis, systemsutilizationand reporting activities to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment.(Data center environment highly regarded)

  • Strong project management capability, formal PM qualifications highly regarded.

  • Experience working with customers,vendorsand cross-functional technical teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands whilemaintaininghigh quality and customer focus.

  • Proven ability toidentifyprocess improvement opportunities and drive positive change.

  • Strong accountability, ownershipmindsetand willingness to lead from the front whenrequired

  • Technical aptitude withanability to quickly understand data center infrastructure, power,coolingand deployment processes.

  • Experience within data centers, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, critical environments, systems integration, constructiondeliveryor related industries highly regarded.

  • Due to customer requirements, all employees must be able toattainand maintain NV1clearance
