Objective:

Lead hydrogeology water projects in Latam
Expand/Grow the local bussiness
Support on water projects LATAM

Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for groundwater/hydrogeology on multi-disciplinary projects;
• Provide senior technical support to hydrogeologists in a variety of projects, including water sourcing, hydrogeological assessments, groundwater sustainability, aquifer mapping, design installation and testing of pumping wells and monitoring wells, environmental impact assessments, dewatering, groundwater monitoring, groundwater modelling, and contaminant hydrogeology;
• Conduct senior technical reviews;
• Coordinate and connect between MMM and Worley consulting to concrete water projects in Mining, Industrial, and other market opportunities

• Act as a PM support when needed
• Participate and develop Proposals
• Mentoring staff and building Worley capacity in water services
• Collaborate when needed, to support the Worley operations team
• Conduct senior technical reviews;
• Fostering and managing effective relationships with existing and prospective local clients and developing new business;
• Grow our consulting business by developing and implementing Business Development plans;
• Keeping abreast of local industrial/commercial/community business activities, plans and future developments;
• Delivery of local projects in accordance with sound Project Management principles (i.e., maintain project quality, schedule and budget

• >15 years of experience in consulting industry.
• Master’s Degree in Hydrogeology, or equivalent, from an accredited institution.
• Experience in modelling groundwater (Softwares: goldsim, modflow or similar).
• Experience and knowledge of hydrogeology projects (with a strong background in water resources, hydrology, and water management).
• Good understanding of environmental legislation, compliance requirements and sustainable development, is a plus.
• Skilled in fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to lead and manage water projects, interdisciplinary teams, coordinating resources, timelines and budget.
• Effective communicator with the ability of collaborate and delegate work (Team Player)
