Job Summary

Time Consultant - (Costa Rica)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement time management enhancement requests.
• Support attendance and absence management processes.
• Review and optimize time evaluation rules and configurations.
• Perform impact analysis for process and system changes.
• Create functional specifications and support technical teams.
• Coordinate testing activities and defect resolution.
• Support integrations between Time, Payroll, HR, and third-party systems.
• Assist with audit and compliance requirements.
• Provide production support and issue troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Time Management experience.
• CAT’s, Cost Allocation, Leave Request
• Time Fiori Applications
• Strong expertise in:
• Experience supporting Time-to-Pay processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting enhancements and production support environments.

Other Requirements

• SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Employee Central Payroll.
• SAP S/4HANA environments.

Experience with global Time Management programs.
