• SAP strong SD ECC6 knowledge as a Consultant with 5+ Yrs Exp • Strong Outbound Management(Supply Chain) skills in SAP • Working knowledge on LRC will be an added advantage. Requirements gathering: Work with clients to understand their sales, order processing, and distribution business processes and document their requirements. Solution design and configuration: Design and configure the SAP SD module, including processes like pricing, order management, and billing, using industry best practices. Implementation and integration: Lead or participate in SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Materials Management, Finance, Production Planning) and third-party applications. Testing and quality assurance: Support system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues to ensure the solution meets business needs. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, such as business blueprints, functional specifications, and user manuals. Training and support: Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents. Process improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize SAP SD solutions to improve business performance and adapt to changing needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
