Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage Solar PV and BESS projects from initiation through development.Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and specialist consultants.Manage project communications and stakeholder engagement.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards.Technical OversightManage and oversee the delivery of all technical studies required for renewable energy developments.Review and provide guidance on:Site Screening and Site Selection StudiesFeasibility StudiesSolar Resource AssessmentsEnergy Yield AssessmentsBESS Sizing and Optimization StudiesHybrid Solar PV + BESS AssessmentsGrid Connection StudiesPower System StudiesEnvironmental and Social StudiesGeotechnical and Topographical InvestigationsTechnical Due Diligence AssessmentsChallenge technical assumptions and ensure study outputs are technically robust.Review consultant and contractor deliverables for quality and completeness.Provide technical recommendations to clients and project stakeholders.Stakeholder ManagementInterface with developers, investors, utilities, regulators, and government entities.Lead technical workshops, progress meetings, and client presentations.Support business development activities and proposal preparation.
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related discipline.PMP certification preferred.Master's degree is an advantage.ExperienceExperienced in renewable energy project development and delivery.Demonstrated experience managing utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.Strong experience overseeing renewable energy technical studies and multidisciplinary teams.Experience with projects in Saudi Arabia and the GCC is highly desirable.Required Technical KnowledgeThe candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of:Utility-scale Solar PV technologies.Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Renewable energy project development processes.Grid integration and interconnection requirements.Energy yield assessment methodologies.Feasibility study development and review.Renewable energy regulations and industry standards.Key CompetenciesStrong project management capabilities.Solid technical understanding of Solar PV and BESS projects.Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects.Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
