We’re seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to help improve how infrastructure services are experienced by customers. Based in Sydney, this role sits within the Technology Infrastructure Team and supports the Infrastructure Customer Experience Improvement Program by identifying pain points, analysing processes, and designing more customer‑centred ways of working. There is potential for this role to be job‑shared
You’ll work closely with customers and technology teams to map journeys, uncover insights, and drive practical, continuous improvements. Prior infrastructure experience isn’t required—what matters most is a strong technical foundation, analytical thinking, curiosity, and empathy.
The role is based in Sydney and there is the potential do job share.
