What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst, CLM Hub to Lead the successful delivery of strategic digital projects and tactical solutions within the CLM Hub (Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar). This critical role required to have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

What are we expecting from this role?

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Prudential CLM Hub (Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos) to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements for the application delivery team.
• Possess functional knowledge of relevant systems and applications to assess changes and provide solutions.
• Assist in analyzing the impact of business changes and recommend suitable solutions.
• Interpret business requirements to support strategic decision-making by management.
• Contribute to solution development that aligns with the organization's goals.
• Work with solution architects and software engineers to design technology solutions that meet business needs while adhering to standards.
• Support technical project managers in delivery prioritization and resource coordination.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure solutions implemented are scalable and replicable across Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.
• Perform functional testing before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the facilitation of UAT processes with users.
• Assist in software deployments, ensuring adherence to company release standards.
• Support Lead Technical Business Analysts in delivering projects and implementations.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) application support as required.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to improve performance and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive system and application documentation.
• Assist in designing and implementing change management processes in compliance with SDLC standards.
• Monitor and report application-related costs to stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience in IT/Digital roles such as Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner.
• Experience in agile project delivery within fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with corporate operational procedures, frameworks, and cross-functional structures.
• Knowledge of the life insurance business and IT solution delivery.
• Experience in documenting business and functional requirements within the software development lifecycle.
• Skills in conceptual and functional business process modeling.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and their strategic relevance.
