Technical Skills
Good Understanding of VAS domain & products.
Experience in Operations & maintenance with good troubleshooting skills.
Good hands on experience Unix/Linux, Python, Java, SOAP, REST, GIT & CI/CD.
Hands on experience in defect testing, reproducing defects in LAB, defect deployment & load testing.
experience of JIRA, Splunk, AppD, JMeter, & SQLDeveloper tools.
Good hands on knowledge on micro service application management on Docker & Kubernetes.
Self-motivated and excellent communication & driving skills.
Hands on experience in troubleshooting & analysis of Wireshark trace & heap dump
Accountabilities
24X7 support for critical incident
Shift as per customer timings & rotation (Night+Day) is Mandatory.
Ticket handling & provide resolution as per SLA.
Adhoc reporting & monitoring
Identify, reproduce & deploy defects in LAB & Production
Handling lab issues
Taking hand over from projects
Writing TOLs of defects
Troubleshooting via Splunk, AppD & other monitoring tools
Perform load testing & identify issues
Close working with T3, Project & Development team to support for hot fixes, testing & deploy hot fix in LAB & Production.
Test & Deploy Hot Fix in LAB & Production
Simulate test various test scenario for defect testing or issue reproduction.
Database queries & data extraction
Handling Customer requirement & implement the same in the Network.
Performing changes in LAB & production
Performing health checks
Personnel Skills
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix management environment
Experience/Seniority
BS technical/Engineering degree
Experience - Total 8 to 15 years in Operations, defect handling, load testing & deployments is must
