2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Architectural Best Practices And Technology Stacks, Ensuring A Robust Talent Pipeline And Mitigating Delivery Risks Through Knowledge Sharing.
3. Research And Implement Emerging Technologies, Such As Microservices And Containerization, To Develop Future-Proof Solutions That Meet Client Expectations And Adhere To Industry Standards.
