
Your Impact
You will define and lead the technical architecture for a global Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) platform, replacing fragmented local solutions with a single, scalable, and compliant system landscape.
This role is critical to ensuring that the MLR platform is technically robust, fully integrated, and audit-ready, enabling consistent, efficient, and compliant processes across all regions.
What You Will Drive
End-to-end technical architecture and delivery of the global MLR solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Definition and implementation of integration architecture between MLR and surrounding systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, middleware platforms)
Ownership of environment strategy (DEV, UAT, PROD, sandbox) and backup/recovery concepts
Definition and governance of testing strategies, ensuring solution quality and release readiness
Technical leadership of GxP system validation, including alignment of URS, FS, and CSV documentation
Establishment of operational readiness frameworks, including monitoring, SLAs, access controls, and system stability
Enforcement of security standards and compliance requirements across the solution landscape
Technical support for pilot phases and global rollout waves, ensuring readiness, cutover, and hypercare execution
Planning and execution of legacy system decommissioning, including data migration and transition strategies
Continuous performance monitoring and optimization of the MLR platform
Close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective solution delivery
Contribution to data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in solution architecture and implementation of MLR platforms
Strong expertise in global MLR tools and ecosystems; exposure to CRM and DAM systems is a plus
Proven experience in complex system integrations, including APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL processes
Strong understanding of data migration, data modeling, and system landscape design
Experience in decommissioning legacy systems in large-scale transformation environments
Deep knowledge of GxP validation, compliance, and regulatory requirements in life sciences
Solid understanding of security, infrastructure, and operational architecture concepts
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and transformation programs
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive technical decisions and align stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
