Job Summary

As a Solution Architect – Agentic AI, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic Automation solutions within the client environment.

You will architect systems where AI agents, robots, and humans collaborate seamlessly, enabling adaptive, intelligent, and scalable business processes. This role goes beyond traditional RPA to deliver autonomous and semi-autonomous enterprise workflows powered by UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Agentic Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end Agentic Automation architectures, combining AI agents, RPA bots, APIs and enterprise systems,Human-in-the-loop workflows
• Define agent orchestration strategies, including Multi-agent collaboration, Decision routing, Context propagation

AI & Automation Integration

• Integrate capabilities such as:
• Design solutions where AI agents handle reasoning, exceptions, and variability, while bots execute deterministic tasks.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architecture guidance across POCs, Production implementations and Enterprise-scale deployments
• Define development standards, frameworks, and best practices for agentic systems.
• Ensure solutions are Scalable, Secure and Governed

Delivery Oversight

• Oversee full lifecycle:
• Review critical components including Agent logic, Workflow orchestration, Exception handling strategies
• Ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI architecture patterns.
• Conduct demos, technical workshops, and blueprint sessions.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor developers and architects.
• Enable teams to build agent-driven automation solutions.

Promote knowledge sharing and capability building.

Skill Requirements

What You’ll Bring

Experience

• 10+ years in IT with strong development background
• 5+ years in UiPath / RPA / Intelligent Automation architecture
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise automation programs

Agentic AI & Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in UiPath platform, including:
• Strong understanding of:

Programming & Integration

• Strong coding skills (C#, VB.NET, Python preferred)
• Experience integrating:

AI & Emerging Tech

• Exposure to:
• Ability to embed AI-driven decisioning into workflows

Certifications

• UiPath Certified Professional – Solution Architect
• UiPath Agentic Automation Associate Certification
