Job Summary

The Test Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end Quality Engineering and Testing strategy for a Temenos Transact (T24) implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation program. The role ensures business functionality, data integrity, integration reliability, regulatory compliance, performance, and operational readiness across the core banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall test strategy, governance framework, quality gates, and test plans.
• Architect testing across Temenos modules, digital channels, payments, integrations, and data migrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Data Migration, Performance, Security, and Operational Readiness testing.
• Establish automation and continuous testing frameworks by leveraging CI/CD and AI-enabled accelerators.
• Define reconciliation and validation approaches for migration, parallel run, and cutover activities.
• Manage defects, risks, test metrics, and executive quality reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Temenos consultants, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Skill Requirements

• 15+ years in Testing and Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of Temenos Transact/T24 implementation, upgrade, or migration experience (preferable)
• Experience in Core Banking Transformation, Payments, Data Migration, and Regulatory Testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation tools, test management platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies.
