Top 5 Must-Have Skills

1. Intelex EHSQ Platform Expertise

• Minimum 6+ years hands-on Intelex implementation/solution architecture experience.
• Experience across multiple Intelex modules and platform configuration.

1. End-to-End Intelex Implementations

• At least 3 full lifecycle Intelex implementations.
• Expertise in 5 or more Intelex modules.

1. EHS & ESG Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.

1. Integration Experience

• Proven integration of Intelex with platforms such as Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, or Metrio.

1. Solution Architecture & Stakeholder Management

• 10-15 years of EHS/ESG consulting, implementation, or solution architecture experience.
• Ability to engage and present solutions to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing industry experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Valid US work authorization.
