Skills set: 12+ years of experienced designing and developing product. 5+ years of experience as solution architect. Knowledge of Wealth Management Domain Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus across multi-disciplinary teams. Effective at communicating architecture decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Experience mentoring developers and guiding teams through complex AI implementation challenges. Strong command of system design principles: distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, cloud-native patterns. Experience architecting across cloud platforms Interacting with business owners, clients & senior management. Owing application performance, security, code. Facing clients to understand requirement and giving demo of developed application Responding RFPs and working with presales / sales team in selling product Strong verbal and written communication Ready to

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
4. To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
