Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes. We are looking for a professional with CAD/CAE experience in the Design and Manufacturing (D&M) space. You should have experience supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions.


You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group, a team that helps strategic customers maximize success and achieve stronger returns on their investment while valuing professional development, supporting growth, and rewarding high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows

  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes

  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1: many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology

  • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field

  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Inventor

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Ability to converse fluently in Korean

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Fusion, Inventor Nastran or CAM

  • Experience delivering technical training to large, demanding customers

  • Experience identifying and improving Design & Manufacturing workflow challenges through Autodesk solutions

  • Experience working collaboratively with global teams

  • Takes ownership and adapts to change

  • Ability to converse in English
