As a senior member of the customer success organization, you will influence best practices, mentor teammates, and help scale account management processes.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone passionate about cloud economics, customer relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will own the post-sales technical relationship with customers, acting as a strategic advisor on cloud optimization, FinOps, and commitment strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive adoption, improve cloud efficiency, and deliver long-term value.

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise and mid-market customers across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders by understanding customer architectures, financial goals, and operational priorities.
  • Monitor cloud commitment coverage and utilization while providing proactive recommendations to maximize savings and reduce risk.

  • Transform cloud consumption data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews by presenting usage trends, cost savings, performance insights, and strategic opportunities to engineering, finance, and infrastructure leaders.
  • Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and support evolving customer cloud requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges and influence future product improvements.
  • Mentor junior Technical Account Managers and contribute to the development of scalable customer success processes and best practices.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical account management, cloud consulting, or customer-facing technical roles, with the ability to connect complex cloud solutions to measurable business outcomes. You should have deep cloud knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience supporting enterprise customers.

    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Cloud Consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.
    • Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members.
    • Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP are preferred.
    • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud economics, and cost optimization strategies.
    • Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud financial management practices.
    • Experience with cloud commitment programs such as Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Committed Use Discounts, EDP, or MACC.
    • Proven ability to present technical recommendations and business insights to executive stakeholders.
    • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and driving customer success outcomes.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • FinOps Certified Practitioner certification or similar experience is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary and equity package.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
      • 401(k) retirement plan.
      • Flexible paid time off policy.
      • Remote-first work environment.
      • Opportunity to influence and scale an innovative cloud optimization platform.
      • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding customer success organization.
      • Collaborative culture focused on innovation, ownership, and customer impact.
