Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.

- To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.

- Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.

- To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.

- Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.

- Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.

- Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.

- Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.

- Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).

- Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.

- Responsible for revision change of documents. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.

- Derive Continual Improvement.

- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.

- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.

Authorities :

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechnical).
• At least 1 year experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
  
  Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
  

Skills

• With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
