Job Description

岗位职责

1.负责实验室仪器、设备管理及实验室用电安全。
2.负责部门新器件编码申请及物料备料。
3.配合硬件工程师完成 EVT/DVT 样机焊接、组装及产品调测。
4.配合软件工程师完成通信电源或 AI 服务器电源测试环境搭建、产品软件升级及样品申购等工作。

任职要求

1.统招大专及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、电子信息、通信工程、新能源汽车、电池等相关专业。
2. 1 年及以上相关工作经验， 持有低压电工证，具备常用电气及基础电路知识。
3.具备 SMT 手工焊接能力，可焊接 0603 阻容及 TQFP、QFN 等封装器件。
4. 积极主动，沟通良好，工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神和较强执行力。
5. 有通信电源、硬件维修或实验室测试经验者优先。

Responsibilities

1. Manage laboratory instruments and equipment, and ensure electrical safety in the laboratory.
2. Handle new component coding requests and material preparation for the department.
3. Support hardware engineers with EVT/DVT prototype soldering, assembly, and product debugging.
4. Support software engineers with test environment setup, product software upgrades, and sample procurement for telecom power and AI server power products.

Requirements

1. Associate degree or above (full-time diploma) in power electronics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering, new energy vehicles, battery technology, or related fields.
2. 1+ years of relevant experience; valid low-voltage electrician certificate; solid knowledge of basic electrical and circuit principles.
3. SMT hand-soldering skills; able to solder 0603 resistors/capacitors and TQFP, QFN, and similar packages.
4. Proactive, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and execution.
5. Experience in telecom power, hardware repair, or laboratory testing preferred.
