Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Talent Acquisition team in executing daily recruitment activities and ensuring hiring priorities are delivered in line with business requirements, recruitment standards, and agreed timelines.
• Allocate recruitment assignments, monitor team workload and hiring progress, and provide day-to-day guidance and support to recruiters to ensure effective execution.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to address recruitment challenges, improve hiring efficiency, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment data, pipelines, and key performance indicators to identify gaps and support timely corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of recruitment strategies, process improvements, employer branding activities, and special projects within the assigned functional scope.

Education & Experience

• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Min. 1+ years managerial/leadership experience is required.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, including indirect/direct labour, and/or contingent workforce hiring.
• Experience in coordinating or leading a recruitment team, project, or functional workstream is preferred.
• Experience working with hiring managers, labour suppliers, recruitment agencies, headhunters, or campus recruitment programs is an advantage.
