
The sector EUV Factory is responsible for the production and installation of EUV lithographic systems. The production process of the most advanced machines takes place within the EUV Factory Veldhoven. Within the EUV Factory the Production Logistics department is responsible for all planning & logistic processes.
The Team Lead Operational Planning reports to the Group Lead Operational Planning and works closely with the other Operational Planning staff members, as well as the Team Leads from the module build, final assembly, test and prepack departments. The Team Lead Operational Planning will work in a 2-Shift supporting roster.
Operational Planning is mainly responsible for the transformation of the Operational Production Plan into a detailed plan on shift level that is executable by Manufacturing. Next to that the department is responsible for the dispatching of both materials and tools from warehouse or from Tool Cabin inside of the cleanroom, as well as managing the Disturbance Notifications (DN’s) in case new materials and/or tools are needed.
As Team Lead Operational Planning, your main responsibilities are:
Build and develop a team of operational planners and secure optimal allocation of resources.
Drive continuous development of operational planners, talent management and succession planning.
Develop, align, monitor and execute the roadmap for Operational Planning process improvements.
Drive performance management cycles including target setting, Develop & Perform dialogues and end year summary and ensure both re-active and pro-active actions / structural improvements (4C's / A3's) are taken to meet our targets.
Key Performance Indicators are related to:
1) DN's: release & duration; solve DN's with material and/or tool requests within target; to ensure the NXE and EXE systems can progress as planned.
2) Regular flow: on time staging + staging complete.
3) Secure the material and tool availability for regular builds is according to target. This includes both supply chain shortages as agreed at hand-over from PP, as well as availability from Logistics Operations (drive the LO performance towards agreed SLA's).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration:
At least 4-7 years of leadership experience
Relevant experience in a production or logistics environment (high-tech, low-volume environment)
Experience in planning and logistics processes.
Experience in driving change.
Leadership and coaching skills, needed for further growth of the department.
High ownership, with high flexibility and a can-do mentality. You are proactive and assertive and constantly striving to improve results, your team and yourself to be better every day.
Business sense; keeping overview of processes, understanding a complex environment and analyzing data to identify improvement potential.
Strong business partner; good in collaboration, excellent communication and stakeholder management, while being assertive and solution-oriented.
Team player with good social and communication skills.
Affinity with a technical environment.

The role is in shifts (2-shift schedule):
Early shift (06:30 - 15:30)
Late shift (15:00 - 00:00)
Once per 4 weeks a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday)
For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 77,000 euro and87,000 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment and is based on a full-time contract. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. As this is a shift-based position you will receive a shift allowance on top of the indicated salary range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
