• Execute daily warehouse operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch) to meet customer SLA targets with a focus on zero service failures.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings emphasizing daily productivity targets, quality, and adherence to 5S and safety standards.
• Deploy manpower and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) efficiently across shifts to meet volume forecasts, managing overtime within the approved budget.
• Oversee shop-floor execution, leading and motivating a small team of operators (typically 6-10 headcount) to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure strict inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate system data capture.
• Approve administrative leave applications for shift/store personnel and coordinate daily shift rosters.
• Identify training gaps and schedule mandatory compliance and operational training for the team.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and formulate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for operational non-compliances.
• Initiate system change requests and report daily performance against operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Mandatory proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to interpret (not build) data from operations dashboards like Power BI or Tableau to guide daily shop-floor decisions.
• Competence in basic process mapping, flowchart creation, and practical shop-floor problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead operators and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
