The Opportunity

As a Senior Tax Manager / Director, you'll serve as a key leader within the firm while helping clients navigate complex tax and business matters.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Planning & Advisory

• Develop proactive tax strategies for clients
• Research and resolve complex tax matters
• Identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency
• Assist clients with business and financial planning decisions
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the year

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Lead client meetings and strategic planning discussions
• Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness
• Identify new opportunities to support clients
• Help clients navigate changing business and tax environments

Leadership & Practice Development

• Mentor and develop professional staff
• Review complex tax engagements
• Assist with workflow management and practice growth
• Help improve firm processes and efficiencies
• Contribute to the long-term success of the organization

Business Advisory Services

• Consult with business owners on operational and financial matters
• Assist clients with growth planning and decision-making
• Support succession and estate planning initiatives
• Deliver value-added advisory services beyond compliance work

Qualifications

Required

• CPA license
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong tax planning and advisory experience
• Experience managing client relationships
• Experience reviewing complex business and individual tax returns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Desire to serve as a trusted advisor to clients
