About the role
We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager LATAM to lead the tax strategy agenda across Latin America, acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making in a complex and dynamic environment.
This role is based in Brazil, reflecting the complexity of the local tax landscape and the close interaction with the manufacturing site. The position has end-to-end responsibility for LATAM tax, except for tax compliance activities in Brazil that are managed by a separate role, allowing this position to focus on leadership, strategy, and regional impact.
You will lead a diverse, multicultural team with 4 direct and 3 indirect reports across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Panama, requiring strong virtual leadership and communication skills.

Within International Operations, you'll be part of the LATAM Finance Operations Centre of Excellence – a dynamic team that enables business growth through financial excellence and strategic partnership. You'll work closely with Corporate Tax teams in headquarters, local finance directors across Latin America, and business leaders to ensure tax is positioned as a value-creating function. Your role will require strong cross-border collaboration, managing both direct reports and virtual teams distributed across multiple countries and time zones.
