We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join our client's team as a Senior Tax Manager The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tax compliance and advisory, along with the ability to lead, mentor, and work closely with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee tax engagements.
Review a variety of tax filings, including individual and business returns.
Provide high-level guidance on tax matters.
Support tax planning and projections across a variety of entity types.
Address and resolve federal tax matters.
Oversee tax-related documentation and ensure adherence to protocols.
Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive service.
Mentor and guide tax team members in development.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc advisory initiatives.
Stay current on evolving tax legislation and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax.
5+ years of experience (Public/Industry).
Solid understanding of financial statements and tax-related documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
