Industry: Tax Agency

The Senior Tax Consultant is responsible for managing and reviewing tax filings, ensuring compliance with Cambodian tax laws, and supporting junior team members. The role involves direct collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and advisory services.

Main Responsibilities

• Review the preparation of monthly tax returns and related filings.
• Ensure completeness and timely submission of all tax documents.
• Guide and support Tax Assistants, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather accurate tax-related information.
• Examine monthly and annual tax reports to ensure full compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Keep up to date with tax law changes and ensure client/company compliance.
• Review bookkeeping tasks to ensure accuracy in financial and tax reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or taxation.

• Strong understanding of Cambodian Tax Law.

• Cambodian Tax Diploma or Tax Agent Exam certification (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
