  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, IT and Finance, to identify opportunities for the automation of tax processes and the efficient use of new technology.
  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing tax technology and reporting solutions, ensuring strong controls, documentation, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training and knowledge‑sharing sessions that help users effectively adopt new tools and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in data analytics, automation, AI, and tax technology, and proactively bring forward ideas to improve how the team works.

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, automation, systems, or technology focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with data transformation and visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
  • Prior experience in accounting or tax roles or in public accounting a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and usability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with business users
  • Continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging technologies and tools
  • Preferred experience, but not required: background in finance and / or tax, exposure to enterprise systems (SAP or similar ERP platforms) as well as tax technologies (CorpTax, ONESOURCE, Vertex, or similar platforms)

Beverage Bonuses:

  • Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the office
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, retirement plan options with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
  • On site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages!
  • We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities
  • We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are
  • Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences
