Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage staff performance, workload distribution, and leave schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage automation projects related to the Execution System in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as liaison between the bank, system vendors, and relevant departments for technical support, enhancements, and system integration.
  • Ensure execution-related banking transactions (e.g., account openings, transfers, checkbooks) comply with regulations and are properly recorded.
  • Monitor and audit customer financial litigation lists to safeguard the bank’s rights.
  • Review, implement, and recommend changes based on regulatory instructions (SAMA) and ensure alignment with bank procedures.
  • Test, review, and supervise updates and improvements to systems linked to the Execution System.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses and reports to SAMA.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements on regulatory requirements.
  • Train and guide internal teams and departments to comply with SAMA’s instructions and updates.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences, banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the banking sector, with a strong focus on execution.
  • Holder of a specialized professional certification such as CCO or ACAMS, in line with Saudi Central Bank requirements.
  • Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal and external policies, procedures, and updates governing work.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulatory frameworks governing banking operations.
  • Strong familiarity with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions, regulations, and financial/banking systems.
  • Knowledge of all banking operations, their legal and technical aspects, and associated risks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the bank’s services and products.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work with applied systems.
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
